About Us

Highland Children’s Forum is a registered charity [SC031945] incorporated in 2000, created by the parent carers of children with additional support needs to attempt to ensure that the voice of these children was heard in the design and provision of services in Highland. The Forum membership encompasses both individuals and many specialist groups that represent the concerns of specific conditions.

Highland Children and Young People's Forum's will be a participation organisation with children and young people experiening challenges, under the title "Inspire Highland", leading and enabling the work of the Forum in promoting meaningful participaiton of children and young people across services in Highland.
